Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of artwork. They will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size, weight, and packaging needs of the piece.

All original works are carefully packaged using archival, professional materials to ensure safe delivery. Each package is handled with care to protect the integrity of the work.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing before shipment, especially for original or made-to-order pieces. If you need something sooner, feel free to email jalenahay@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Secure Packaging & Tracking

Every order is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For larger works that are framed, I use protective wrapping and corner guards.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

International Orders & Customs

International shipping is available.

Please note that shipping and customs fees are not included in the price of the artwork. These will be calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on your location and the size and weight of the package.

Any additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are tracked and insured. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please email me at jalenahay@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
