By using this site and purchasing from Jalenah Hay, you agree to the following:


1. Using the Site

  • You’re free to browse, read, and explore—no sign-up required (unless you want one).

  • If you create an account (for commissions, orders, etc.), you’re responsible for keeping your login secure.

  • Be respectful; don’t post spam, copy my content, or misuse the site.

2. Purchases & Commissions

  • All artwork sold—originals, prints, commission pieces—is non-refundable.

  • Payments are processed securely. Prices include tax and shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • Once you make a purchase or commission, I’ll send email updates to confirm receipt and shipping details.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Items are carefully packaged and shipped with professionalism and care.

  • I’m not responsible for delays or damage once the package leaves the studio (unless it was damaged before shipping).

  • If something arrives damaged, please email within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to help.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, writing, images, and designs on the site are © Jalenah Hay.

  • You’re welcome to enjoy them and purchase an original print—but you can’t copy, reproduce, or sell my work without permission.

  • Want to feature something? Just reach out for permission; I’d love to chat about it.

5. Privacy & Data

  • Your email and contact info are used only to communicate about your order, updates, and optional newsletters.

  • I respect your privacy and won’t share or sell your info to anyone.

  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

6. Liability Limits

  • I do my best to show accurate colors, sizes, and descriptions—but screens vary.

  • I can’t be responsible for how the piece looks in your space after delivery.

  • Purchasing from this site is at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • I might update these terms occasionally.

  • When I do, I’ll post the latest version with an updated “Last updated” date.

  • Your continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
